Design & Engineered Drawing
  • Custom CAD drawings provided for each project
  • Engineer stamped calculations for structural scopes
  • ADA upgrade detailing included to ensure the project meets the Federal requirements
  • Title 24 energy calculations prescribing how the high efficiency lighting, refrigeration, and insulation envelope meet the California standards.
  • Coordinate with the customers equipment suppliers, process engineers, and State agencies
  • Construction administration to address any difficulties discovered during the installation or changes to the project during construction.
Planning & Conceptual

Permit Processing
  • Work directly with local city planning and building departments to ensure necessary documents are processed to obtain a permit
  • Take checks and plans to the city directly so that there is that in-person relationship that helps us get permits quickly and efficiently
